Principal - John Mason

John Mason has a degree in Agricultural Science and in Commerce. His career in the international grain trade began as Continental Grain Company's first Australian grain merchandising trainee. He subsequently held the position of Trading Manager for Australia and New Zealand. He was promoted to Continental's New York office and gained invaluable experience in the international trade of grains, oilseeds and grain legumes. He opened the Sydney office of Agrogrom SA. As Managing Director of Agroprom he was the marketing consultant to the Australian Wheat Board and other Australian Grain Marketing Boards. He founded Consolidated Grain in 1989.
